Identify the socket application

Confirm whether the component is a heating cigarette lighter, an accessory power outlet or a combined assembly. Record the nominal voltage, panel opening and connector before ordering.

Inspect the complete circuit

A dead socket can be caused by the fuse, wiring, ground connection or the socket itself. Check the vehicle-side circuit before assuming the removable element is the only failed part.

  • 12V or 24V vehicle system

  • Socket diameter and mounting depth

  • Connector and terminal arrangement

  • Fuse rating and circuit condition

  • Illumination or cover requirements

Verify operation after replacement

Confirm secure mounting and correct polarity, then test the intended accessory load within the vehicle specification. Do not use the socket above the approved circuit capacity.
