Approve the product before the artwork

Private labeling should begin from a confirmed physical reference. Lock the vehicle application, OE cross-reference, connector, visible functions and approved sample before packaging work starts.

Build one approval package

Keep product markings, label text, barcode, inner packaging, carton marks and quantity together in the same approval record. This reduces the risk of using current artwork on an outdated product reference.

  • Approved product and sample

  • Brand and product markings

  • Label and barcode data

  • Inner box and export carton

  • Pack quantity and accessories

Protect the next order

Assign a buyer item number and PIRANA reference to the approved combination. Repeat orders should point back to that released record, including any agreed revision.
