Inspection begins with product identity

Before testing function, confirm that the inspected part matches the approved model, OE reference, connector, visible markings and order definition. Testing the wrong variant does not create useful evidence.

Match checkpoints to the switch

The inspection scope should reflect the product. Window switches require operating and supported-function checks; headlight switches require position and lighting-function review; battery switches need an agreed isolation and current-duty scope.

  • Model and OE reference

  • Appearance and assembly

  • Connector and mounting features

  • Operating action and supported functions

  • Labels, quantity and export packing

Define acceptance before shipment

Agree the applicable method, sample level and acceptance criteria for the order. Record inspection results against the same reference used for sample approval and repeat purchasing.
